Sail America has negotiated a special rate at the Doubletree Hotel of $119/night. The hotel is situated about 4 miles from St. John's College. A free Shuttle Bus will run from the hotel to St. John’s College and Port Annapolis.

Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. All guests arriving before 4:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available.
The bellman will arrange to check baggage for those arriving early or attending functions on day of departure.

Reservations must be guaranteed by a Master Account or credit card. Individual reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-time charge of room plus tax.	Reservations and/or Rooming Lists will be accepted at the group discount until May 29, 2010. After this date reservations will be accepted at the hotels prevailing rate, based on availability.

All rates are subject to the prevailing city and state taxes. Currently, taxes total 13% for guest rooms per night. All rates are net non-commissionable.
