9:00 a.m. Skipper Briefing (Team Photos)
   
9:30 a.m. Boat Check-Out and Skipper Evaluation
   
10:00 a.m. Leave Sail Newport
   
10:45 a.m. First Race Begins
   
  (Lunches provided)
   
3:00 p.m.
(Approximately)		 Return to Sail Newport
   
3:30 p.m. BBQ – Burgers, Beer, and Soft Drinks
   
4:00 p.m. Prize Giving
   
4:30 p.m. Depart


Please note:

Timings are approximate and dependant on weather conditions.

Each boat must be sailed with four crew.

All crew must be on the company payroll. If needed, volunteer crew will be available.

All participating companies must provide a damage deposit of $250 prior to the race. Credit cards will be accepted but will not be charged unless there is damage.

All participating companies must pass Sail Newport’s required testing.
