Conference Sponsors View Sponsorship Contract

Diamond Sponsor - $1,500

  • Diamond sponsors will be recognized as diamond level sponsors of the conference.
  • Diamond sponsors will be included in advertising and conference related materials.
  • Each Diamond sponsor will be entitled to hang banners in the main meeting area of the conference.
  • Each Event Sponsor will be entitled to two tickets to the conference and dinner.
  • The 2010 Event Sponsors will be entitled to first rights as Diamond sponsors for the next conference.

General Sponsorships - $800

  • General Sponsors will be recognized as general sponsors of the conference.
  • General Sponsors will be included in advertising and conference related materials.
  • General Sponsors will be entitled to one ticket to the conference and dinner.
  • General Sponsors will be individually acknowledged as a sponsor during one presentation, or series of workshops.
  • Availability: Available!

Dinner Raffle Donations - Items over $100

  • Any company or person may donate items for the gala auction.
  • All donations must be valued at $100 or higher, and must be an item or items that are suitable to be raffled.
  • All donations and donating companies will be acknowledged in the event program.
