Sailing Enjoys High Profile In Discover Boating Contest

In last month’s edition of Sail America News, we featured an interview with NMMA Chief Marketing Officer Carl Blackwell who provided timely updates about the industry’s Discover Boating consumer initiatives. As noted, a national consumer contest, “I Discovered Boating,” was staged to celebrate the fun of boating, with boaters invited to submit video and photographic entries depicting their boating lifestyle which may be used in future national advertising and PR campaigns.
