COMING SOON: AN ALL-NEW DISCOVER SAILING VIDEO!

Since the inaugural Discover Sailing: The Ultimate Adventure video was debuted 10 years ago, over 50,000 copies of the video and DVD have been distributed to sailing prospects around the country. The video has won several global and national awards and has undoubtedly converted many new people to sailing. Despite its success, it’s time to update the production into a faster-paced and shorter format that can be viewed and shared online and in different formats.

The goal for the new DVD is to create a “first touch to sailing” video full of imagery and authenticity that educates, motivates and informs consumers about all that sailing has to offer and outlines the steps needed to get started in sailing.

The video will be produced by Egan Entertainment Network (www.eganentertainment.com) and will include new footage and imagery. To make sure that Sail America members are well represented in the video, we invite members to send images/footage for usage consideration. Simply upload your images or video footage to the Discover Sailing “Drop Box” at https://dropbox.yousendit.com/DiscoverSailingImages.

The video will make its national premier at the Members Meeting in Annapolis on Oct. 7. Once complete, it will be downloadable from our websites and will also be put on flash drives or disks to be handed out at shows and events.
