Sail America Members Invited to Virginia In-Water Expo and SAILFEST®

Sail America’s first SAILFEST venture will debut Sept 14-16 at the Virginia In-Water Expo and SAILFEST®, located at Norfolk’s popular downtown waterfront.

Sail America members are invited and strongly encouraged to support this first SAILFEST, which seeks to create new opportunities for the sailing industry at already established, highly successful boat shows. Since boat show attendees have already been asking to see more sailboats at these shows, national show manager Kevin Murphy expects the new SAILFEST to stimulate sales.

At the show, SAILFEST will look like a mini Strictly Sail show, featuring sailboats, gear and accessories, seminars for sailors and related features. Additional targeted marketing will focus on drawing sailors in the region to SAILFEST.
