Latitudes & Attitudes Launches Free Online Magazine, Network and TV Show on The Water Channel

Latitudes & Attitudes has begun offering a free online version of the monthly magazine plus a free online television network. In addition, the magazine’s new TV show will begin airing in February on The Water Channel.

The new online version of Latitudes & Attitudes at www.seafaring.com includes the magazine’s features, plus ads hot-linked to advertisers’ websites. When the online version first launched in January, the website attracted over 500,000 hits in its first two weeks alone. Readership figures are audited to include statistics describing how often an individual page or ad is viewed as well as how many viewers “click-throughs” to advertisers’ websites.

Eric Macklin, marketing and training manager for Hunter Marine Corporation, says the new online version, is “the most astonishing new concept for the industry in five years.”

Latitudes & Attitudes new television show aired in 20 million homes on The Water Channel in February, as the prime anchor show on Thursdays evenings, with episodes replayed on the weekends.

Finally, sailors can enjoy Latitudes & Attitudes free online television network at www.seafaring.com, where they can watch all of the sailing programming and even download Hi-Def versions for their big-screen TV.
